Opportunity for businesses - Claremont's Great Outback Adventure

Opportunity for businesses - Claremont's Great Outback Adventure

The Town of Claremont has created a community activation to increase visitors during the upcoming school holidays and support businesses in Claremont Town Centre.

Claremont’s Great Outback Adventure
Wednesday 14 April & Thursday 15 April 2021
10am to 3pm
Claremont Town Centre

Families visiting Claremont will receive a map detailing pit-stops at different businesses around the town centre. The route will lead them to the final pit stop where there will be a bouncy castle, photo opportunities, giveaways and the chance to enter a major prize draw.

If your business is located in Claremont Town Centre or Claremont Quarter and you would like to join in the fun by being one of the 'pit-stops' on the outback trail, please send your expression of interest to ctc@claremont.wa.gov.au by 5pm Wednesday 10 March.

We ask that participating businesses commit to:

  • A donation of a prize for the final major prize hamper (to the value of $100)
  • Staff to wear a hat (provided by ToC) on event days
  • Staff to attend to families in your store and stamp their maps (stamp to be provided by ToC)
  • Accommodating ‘pit-stop’ signage/photo opportunity in store

There is no requirement to provide an additional incentive to customers on the day, however, if you’d like to do something extra (discount, giveaway, kids activity) to encourage return business, this would be welcomed.

In return for the above your business will:

  • Be included as a ‘pit-stop’ on the outback adventure trail map
  • Have your logo included on selected marketing materials
  • Receive two posts (1 x exclusive post including your handle/tag and 1 x as a group post featuring all business including your handle/tag) on ToC and CTC facebook
  • Receive a post (as a group post featuring all business including your handle/tag) on ToC and CTC Instagram accounts

We look forward to hearing from you.
